No, the current syntax cannot produce a straightforward config for YOUR 
EXAMPLE.  But let's face it, your example scenario is far more convoluted than 
what is facing probably 99% of the potential user population.  If one has 
complex requirements, maybe one should expect complex solutions.

Although the second solution is closer to ideal, the first one is probably 
sufficient for the vast majority of real-world situations.
