The sched_rr_get_interval() function updates the timespec structure referenced by the interval argument to contain the current execution time limit (that is, time quantum) for the process specified by pid. If pid is 0,
the current execution time limit for the calling process will be returned.

If successful, the sched_rr_get_interval() function returns 0. Otherwise, it returns -1 and sets errno to indicate the error.

Solaris 2.6 was the first release to support libposix4/librt. Prior to this release, this function always returned -1 and set errno to ENOSYS.
